Throughout time, newer generations such as Gen X, Millennials, and now Gen Z have been critical of Baby Boomers (those born between 1946 and 1964). From political divisiveness and income inequality to environmental issues, Boomers are frequently held accountable for the problems facing our society today. Let’s face it, though: despite the shortcomings of every generation, there are still many things that Boomers got right.

It’s evident that some of the ideals espoused by Boomers are still relevant as we manage the complexity of modern life—overloaded with technology, social media pressures, and the never-ending effort to stay up.
